Pixel Art Help: Error Codes

Like everything, Pixel Art is not perfect. Occasionally, an error code will pop up, and instead of leaving you wondering what it means, the answers you seek are all here! To find an error code you got, press Ctrl+F on your keyboard to bring up the search function in your browser and type in the error code.

MZE-B1x1
Cause: Error loading selected theme
Fix: Change theme
Status: Error should no longer occur in Pixel Art 8 and newer

MZE-B1x2
Cause: Error loading one or more of the custom colours
Fix: Reset all custom colours
Status: Unknown to occur

MZE-B1x3*
Cause: Error with server connection
Fix: Check network connection, restart Pixel Art
Status: Varies on network connection

MZE-B1x4
Cause: Error with settings
Fix: Restart Pixel Art
Status: Unknown to occur

MZE-B1x5*
Cause: Error checking for updates
Fix: Check network connection, restart Pixel Art
Status: Varies on network connection

MZE-B1x6*
Cause: Error with server connection
Fix: Check network connection, restart Pixel Art
Status: Varies on network connection

MZE-B1x7*
Cause: Error uploading image
Fix: Check network connection
Status: Varies on network connection

Cause: Error with server connection

Cause: Error during Stripe information processing
Fix: Notify support immediantly should this error occur
Status: Unknown

MZE-B1x11
Cause: Error loading one or more Pixel Art Pro features
Fix: Deactivate Pixel Art Pro, restart and try to activate again
Status: Unknown

*Network Connection Errors
There are certain events when your network connection will be fine, yet you may encounter network connection errors. This could be either because of my server host or with Imgur (depending on error code). Your best bet is to check my Twitter account (@muzemediaca) to see if it is a current-known error. Otherwise, please contact me via email (support form at bottom, click here) to report it so I can look into it ASAP.
