Pixel Art Help: Multi-Core Support

Want to speed up some features of Pixel Art? If you have Pixel Art Pro, then you'll be able to utilize your fancy computer and use all of the power it has!

Pixel Art 10.3 & Newer

To enable Multi-Core Support, it is first recommended that you ensure that your computer is capable of fully-utilizing Multi-Core Support, otherwise issues may occur. The recommended requirements are listed at the bottom of this section.

If your computer meets the requirements, to get started, click on the 'Settings' icon on the main window. From there, you'll want to ensure that you are under the 'General' tab in the Settings window. At this point, you will see the 'Multi-Core Support' section. To enable, simply click on 'Multi-Core Support On' and that's it! To disable Multi-Core Support, click 'Multi-Core Support Off.'

  • AMD CPU/APU or Intel CPU
    • Dual-Core or higher

Multi-Core System Recommendations

  • AMD CPU/APU
    • Quad-Core
  • Intel CPU
    • Dual Core with Hyperthreading
    • Quad Core

*If Multi-Core Support is disabled, even with Pixel Art Pro, it means that your system does not support Multi-Core. Multi-Core Support currently supports up to 4 Cores.
